Boning and Lean utility sold 5.00 higher. Due to weekend winter storm, most feeders were full and fleshy with quality under average. Good demand for heavy supply.

Quality was mostly average or below this week, especially compared to the past few impressive sales that kicked off the new year. Demand was moderate to light on a light supply.
